New Membership Application Procedure
Fill out the application. Click on the new membership application request form link below.
Have your sponsor (an active member in good standing for at least one year) endorse your application. If you do not have a sponsor, your application will be reviewed.
Submit your application along with the proper amount to:

Application should be submitted in time for presentation for approval by the membership at a regular membership meeting Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month with the exception of January when there is no meeting. If there is not sufficient time to review the application prior to the regularly scheduled meeting, the application will be tabled until the following month's meeting.
Upon approval of your membership application, you will be notified for your orientation meeting. You will not be considered a member until your orientation is completed.
