Fort Harmar Rifle Club's Buckeye State Ballistic Challenge XII has been named the 2013 Outdoor Match of the Year by GSSF.
GSSF's website at http://www.gssfonline.com has a huge amount of information about the matches, modifications that are permitted to be made to the pistol, and even stage setups. If you're new to shooting GSSF, we suggest that you review the new competitor briefing. You also may want to read GSSF Made Simple.
Equipment and Guns Needed
In order to shoot at a GSSF match, you must be a member of GSSF. You can become a member and register for matches in advance by visiting GSSF's webpage or you can register and become a member by visiting the match.
Use of a Glock pistol is required, and pistols must be kept in a case or in a holster. Also required is at least three magazines, and 81 rounds of ammunition. We do suggest bringing at least 100 rounds to cover misses or re-shoots.
You do not need to be a member of Fort Harmar to shoot this match. New shooters are welcome. Please let a match director or the registration person know that you are new and we will assist you through the match.
